Senior DevOps Engineer – Dublin

We’re working with a cutting-edge health tech company that’s reshaping the way clinical trials are run across the globe. Their platform helps researchers and clinicians make faster, safer decisions for patients — and they’re now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take the lead in designing, automating, and scaling cloud infrastructure. You’ll work with a modern toolset and a collaborative team, building systems that directly improve reliability, performance, and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and maintaining secure, scalable AWS infrastructure

• Owning Kubernetes cluster management (infrastructure & lifecycle, not just deployments)

• Creating Terraform modules and Helm charts from scratch

• Building CI/CD pipelines (ideally in GitHub Actions)

• Automating workflows and tooling in Python

• Driving observability initiatives – defining what to measure, how to measure it, and acting proactively on insights

• Partnering with development and QA teams to deliver a robust, reliable platform

What You’ll Bring

• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python, and CI/CD

• A proven record of building new solutions – not just tweaking what already exists

• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance management

• Experience delivering scalable, resilient cloud platforms

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge and mentor others
